Hey everyone! My name is Rena, and I made this blog to keep me on track and motivated in my journey to become healthier. It started out as a weight loss blog- and as wakeupthinspiration- but as time went on and my goals changed. Now it isn’t only about losing weight- you don’t necessarily need to lose weight to become healthier- weight isn’t always the best indicator of health.
This blog is mostly a “I need to get fit and change my life so I’m healthier, now what can I do to achieve that?” type of blog with a splash of motivation and encouragement. It’s all about being pro-active to change your life- there’s no need to just sit there and look at pictures of super skinny or super fit people and wish you were like them- you can do something about that and BECOME one of them!
