How much protein should you eat after a workout?
You need to eat your weight in kg in grams of protein after a workout- it doesn’t have to be immediately after but you need to get that within the day.

Mile Time Trial
Today I had my lacrosse mile time trial! It’s my first year playing lacrosse, and I knew that would really be my shining part of the tryouts, because I’m a distance runner.
However, there were several complications that I was really scared would affect me:

Try ALMOND BUTTER!
A lot of people have never heard of almond butter, so I figured I would enlighten some of you about it. It’s not just another spread- I know we have peanut butter, Nutella(chocolate and hazelnut), and 23948290480 other ones, but almond butter really is the most nutritious for you.
It has A LOT of protein and healthy fats packed in it, moreso than the other spreads...
