TRUE STORY! I’ve said this a million times, but sometimes running is the best therapy. You do it in YOUR time- you don’t need to make an appointment or schedule it based on someone else’s day. It can happen any time, any day, and as many times as you want- plus it’s free! Sometimes you just need to let out some of all those bottled emotions, and it’s great for you body and heart as well as your mind! :)
