I always start my days off with oatmeal- I use the whole grain oatmeal or steel cut oats and try to avoid the packets. You can help the bland taste by adding fruit, honey, apple sauce, peanut butter, whey protein(mine is chocolate so it makes my oatmeal chocolatey), or any number of things!

*And I make my homemade protein bars with oatmeal-yes I’m still obsessed with them. :)
