Wakeuphealthy’s 3 Ingredient, Healthy, Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
1/8 cup applesauce (unsweetened preferably)
A few raisins
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix. Smoosh and mash everything to the bottom of the bowl to make a round, cookie-like shape. Microwave 1 minute. Let cool 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
Calories~80 (if used unsweetened apple sauce and changes depending on type of ingredients. I used rolled oats so steel cut would be a better option but would also have more calories)

**Added chocolate protein powder to my second one, and it was delicious. I can’t wait to try out more variations! This is so simple and easy and healthy yet still amazing! (Plus it’s huge!)
